Content Planning With Keywords
A plan converts a list into a sequence: pillar pages, supporting articles, and a realistic schedule you can sustain.
Clusters before calendars
Pick the handful of subjects you want to be known for. Each becomes a pillar page that covers the subject broadly. Every other phrase in your list either supports one of those pillars or is a distraction you can drop for now.
Supporting articles should link up to their pillar and the pillar should link back down. That structure is easy to maintain because it mirrors how you already think about the subject.
Plan capacity, not ambition
A calendar you can keep is better than an ideal one you abandon in week three. Decide how many pieces you can genuinely finish each week, then schedule to that number. Publishing consistently for six months beats publishing furiously for three weeks.
Review with your own data
After a couple of months, look at which pages actually earned attention and which questions readers still ask. Update rather than replace. Refreshing a page that already half-works is usually the highest-return hour in content work.
